Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance, and hands-on experience in irrigation, gardening, and construction. This role offers an opportunity to oversee projects from inception to completion while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are met.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and construction.

Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use.

Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work.

Plan and execute landscaping projects, including construction of features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.

Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.





Assist in developing project timelines and resource allocation to meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, and landscape design principles.

Experience with irrigation systems installation and repair.

Familiarity with construction practices related to outdoor projects such as patios or retaining walls.

Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings related to landscape projects is a plus.

Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting equipment or team members as needed. This position offers an engaging setting for professionals passionate about outdoor spaces and leadership within the landscaping industry.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
