Wesley Halton Housing is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to support homeless individuals and families in a housing-first approach in the Halton Region. You will assist with intake, coordinate services, and help clients access secure, affordable housing.
Reporting to the Halton Housing Services Manager, you will work flexible shifts, engage community partners, and provide empowerment, advocacy and life skills supports to promote independence.
