UGM is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Coordinator for a permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours/week). You will be responsible for first aid coordination, maintaining health and safety documents, and supporting the Health & Safety Manager. Your skills in organization and problem-solving will directly impact employee safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and maintain first aid resources and supplies
• Serve as a designated Occupational First Aid Attendant
• Manage naloxone program and maintain training records




• Maintain accurate health and safety documentation
• Support audit documentation and internal compliance

Requirements:
• Experience in document control and administrative recordkeeping
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Understanding of health and safety program structures
