This role demands advanced program management expertise, particularly in an earned value management context, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Successful candidates will coordinate departmental activities and ensure on-time project delivery, enhancing team collaboration and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote industry-standard program management processes
• Direct activities across the Programs Department
• Monitor costs and schedule performance,



taking corrective actions
• Produce detailed progress reports for management
• Facilitate internal and external progress review meetings

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or Business
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Proven problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program requirements
