As an Auxiliary Cook, you will work under the guidance of the Team Leader and Lounge Supervisor. Your responsibilities include preparing and presenting meals, including soups and sandwiches, while ensuring a clean and safe cooking environment. You will also manage kitchen supplies and equipment, contributing to efficient kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily menu items as ordered by patrons
• Present food items attractively and engagingly
• Maintain cleanliness of cooking and service areas




• Manage kitchen supplies and notify supervisor of shortages
• Clean dishes, trays, and cooking equipment as needed

Requirements:
• Experience in a similar cooking environment
• Completion of a recognized food services program
• Food Safe Level 1 certification required
• Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Willing to work various hours, up to 25 hours/week
