• Facilitate recent hire orientation and support training initiatives

Requirements:
• 1-3 years HR experience, focusing on employee relations
• Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
• Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards and legislation
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
