This full time role encompasses a leadership position overseeing a dedicated fundraising team at Right To Play. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you'll be responsible for generating support from diverse channels, including major donors and corporates. Your strategic stewardship and robust communication skills will play a vital role in nurturing key partnerships and achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide the fundraising team to meet revenue targets
• Secure major gifts and grants from various sources
• Oversee donor stewardship for high-quality engagement




• Develop strategic fundraising campaigns and events
• Collaborate with the Advisory Board for growth

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Master's preferred
• Minimum 10 years in fundraising or business development
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proficient in CRM systems, with team leadership experience
• Flexible for domestic and international travel
