Lead human resources strategy at Napoleon as the Global Vice President. Drive organizational effectiveness and talent management across multiple markets including North America and Europe.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will report directly to the President. This role requires expert talent management, workforce planning, and culture enhancement to support Napoleon's growth. Developing strategies to strengthen the manufacturing workforce and supervising organizational transformation initiatives are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve on the Senior Leadership Team for strategic planning
• Partner with executives to align HR strategy with business goals
• Drive workforce planning and leadership development




• Evaluate organizational health and recommend improvements
• Champion associate engagement and culture initiatives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Human Resources or a related field required
• Minimum 15 years of HR leadership experience
• CHRP designation required; CHRL or CHRE is an asset
• Strong background in organizational design and talent management
• Proven track in global HR strategy implementation
