Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Work Setting: In-Person

Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday; 8:30am–5pm

Location Details: St. Thomas

Personal Transportation: Required

Position Summary

Recruitment Activities

- Execute end-to-end recruiting: source, screen, interview, evaluate, and match candidates to customer needs.
- Build and maintain ready-to-deploy pipelines using active recruitment approaches
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
- Support pre-employment onboarding/orientation (including facilitating group onboarding sessions where required).
- Create and execute recruitment plans using multiple sourcing channels
- Measure and report ROI on recruitment initiatives (job boards, ads, referral pushes, outreach campaigns) and recommend improvements.




- Maintain recruitment performance visibility by monitoring outcomes such as filled vs. unfilled, time-to-fill trends, and candidate quality indicators.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in Human Resources related field
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment; staffing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Comfort with active sourcing, social media recruiting, and high-volume candidate communication.
- Knowledge or working understanding of employment standards and health & safety fundamentals is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence with personal reliable transportation
