Our client seeks an experienced senior Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to shape the clinical vision for a growing network. You will establish national medical standards, emphasize clinical quality, and mentor leaders across the organization. This full-time role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and includes regular travel to support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement national medical standards and SOPs
• Lead clinical excellence initiatives across the network
• Provide executive medical leadership and mentorship to DVM teams




• Oversee regulatory compliance and skilled standards
• Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders in the industry

Requirements:
• DVM education or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a multi-site environment
• Proven leadership within large clinical teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada
