Job Description Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Monitor project progress and address any risks or issues that arise promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
A strong background in construction project management with a General Contracting company.
Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Toronto
