Junior/Intermediate Project Manager with M&A; Integration experience to lead the integration of high-profile acquisitions. 6-Month Contract | Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site (Tuesday–Thursday)
Our client is growing its Integration Management Office (IMO) and is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful integration of upcoming acquisitions.
This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role where you’ll work across Operations, Finance, HR, IT, and other functional teams to develop and execute the overall integration plan. You’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, connect the dots between workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and keep teams aligned through key integration milestones.
The ideal candidate is an experienced business Project Manager who is highly organized, tech-savvy and comfortable operating without a playbook. M&A; integration experience is ideal, but strong experience leading complex business transformations, ERP implementations or system cutovers will also be considered.
Must Have:
3+ years of Project Management experience leading complex, cross-functional business initiatives.
Direct M&A; integration experience, ideally supporting acquisitions from planning through integration
Solid experience developing and managing integrated project plans, timelines, dependencies and deliverables .
Proven ability to coordinate multiple business workstreams and stakeholders.
Solid facilitation, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
Experience managing risks, issues,



dependencies and governance .
Strong business acumen and ability to understand how different functions and processes connect.
Technology-savvy , with the ability to work effectively with IT and business teams.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes and solutions may need to be developed as you go.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working within an Integration Management Office (IMO).
Experience with ERP implementations, system cutovers or business systems transformations.
Experience coordinating Finance, HR, Operations and IT workstreams.
PMP or other project management designation.
Consulting or professional services background.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the overall M&A; integration plan, including milestones, timelines, deliverables and cross-functional dependencies.
Coordinate business workstreams across Operations, Finance, HR, IT and other functions to ensure alignment, accountability and progress.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions, escalating critical items to integration leadership and the Steering Committee.
Facilitate integration meetings and working sessions, documenting actions, decisions and key updates while ensuring follow-up and accountability.
Provide clear integration reporting to senior leadership, highlighting progress, key risks, dependencies and areas requiring attention.
