Elevate your career with an executive leadership position overseeing Canada’s veterinary market. Lead clinical strategy, mentor DVM leaders, and drive organizational growth through national travel.

Our client seeks an experienced senior Doctor of Veterinary Medicine to shape the clinical vision for a growing network. You will establish national medical standards, emphasize clinical quality, and mentor leaders across the organization. This full time role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and includes regular travel to support key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement national medical standards and SOPs
• Lead clinical excellence initiatives across the network
• Provide executive medical leadership and mentorship to DVM teams




• Oversee regulatory compliance and qualified standards
• Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders in the industry

Requirements:
• DVM education or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years clinical experience in a multi-site environment
• Proven leadership within large clinical teams
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and governance
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada
