Reporting to the Site Director, the Supply Chain Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations and coaching the team. This full time position focuses on managing inventory processes, shipping, and staff productivity. You’ll act as a key support for pharmacy operations, promoting efficient practices and communication to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop inventory management policies and procedures
• Manage communications with inventory and procurement teams
• Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes




• Lead and coach the team for productivity maximization
• Oversee order confirmation and onboarding for new stores

Requirements:
• Three years of pharmacy work experience required
• Minimum one year in inventory management
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
• Flexibility for diverse shifts including weekends
