AWS/CES is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to supervise new product initiatives and enhance manufacturing processes effectively. This position requires collaboration with Operations and Plant Leadership while ensuring compliance with quality expectations and safety standards. You will drive continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices to scale production capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead New Product Introduction projects from concept to production
• Develop manufacturing processes and process documentation




• Collaborate on surface enhancement solutions with internal teams
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives for efficiency gains
• Support quality initiatives to meet standards and specifications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of manufacturing process engineering experience
• SolidWorks or 3D CAD expertise required
• Familiarity with aerospace quality systems preferred
• U.S. Citizenship and ITAR compliance required
