The
**Manager, RBT2 Performance

Analytics & Information Management**
is accountable for leading
best-in-class information capture, management, and performance analytics
functions across a multi-billion-dollar, multi-project capital infrastructure
program.

The role ensures that high-quality,
integrated, and timely information is collected, structured, and made available
across all workstreams, delivery partners, and contractors to support rapid,
evidence-based decision-making.

This position enables program leadership to
make informed decisions at pace, supporting the successful delivery of the
program on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with safety, quality,
environmental and other project objectives.

Working within a matrixed,
multi-party delivery environment, the role establishes a robust end-to-end
information and analytics ecosystem—from field and contractor data capture
through to executive-level reporting—ensuring a single source of truth, proactive
issue identification, and a “no surprises” culture across the program
lifecycle.

**What you do:**
Set direction and establish and enforce program-wide standards forinformation capture, ensuring data fromcontractors, consultants, and internal teams is timely, complete, consistentand structured for downstream analytics and reporting
Ensure explicit definition of what data is required, who provides it, howoften, and in what format (aligned to contractual obligations and programneeds) to support project success
Establish and regulate disciplined information governance frameworks fordata ownership and accountability, data quality assurance and validation, andauditability and traceability
Ensure all program information supports decision-making requirements,regulatory compliance, assurance, claims, and dispute processes.

Provide oversight of the integration of field data, contractor systems,design data, cost, schedule, risk, and commercial systems into a unifiedinformation ecosystem (leveraging a Connected Data Environment)
Set the approach for controlled information exchange across deliverypartners, ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at theright time
Oversee and monitor compliance with information requirements andcontinuously improve workflows to reduce friction, duplication, and rework
Drive a culture of information discipline and accountability across alldelivery participants
Establish and lead a program-wide performance analytics function thattransforms raw data into actionable insight




Provide leadership and direction in translating complex data into clear,concise insights that highlight key risks and deviations from plan, root causesand systemic issues and required decisions and actions
Ensure executive, program leadership and governance forums have accessto real-time, evidence-based analytics and reporting to support rapid,traceable and confident decision-making
Oversee the development and maintenance of integrated dashboards andreporting that highlight leading indicators and provide clear visibility of:
o schedule
performance and critical path risks
o cost performance
and forecast trends
o safety performance
indicators
o quality and
non-conformance trends
o environmental
compliance and performance
o First Nations commitments
compliance and performance
Accountable for ensuring available information is timely, reliable, andprovides decision-focused insights, with traceability to source data and clearlink to implications and recommended actions
Enable forward-looking analytics, including trend analysis, earlywarning indicators and scenario and sensitivity insights
Drive alignment with Program Controls and functional teams to ensureanalytics are consistent, integrated, and trusted across the program
Accountable for the integrity, availability, structure, traceability andeffective use of program data to enable analytics and reporting; providesinsight and decision support but does not own cost, schedule, risk performanceoutcomes or forecasts
Responsible for the program-wide systems strategy covering projectmanagement systems, document management, collaboration platforms, and datarepositories.

Critically evaluate expert / SME recommendations and ensure thesystems are fit for use for the needs of the diverse delivery environment ofRBT2
Ensure governance frameworks for system access, data ownership, dataquality controls, and auditability (including clear RACI across internal teamsand delivery partners) are maintained and effective
Ensure effective integration across program systems and tools,including, but not limited to:
o document management
o cost tracking and
forecasting
o scheduling and
planning
o risk and commercial
o safety, quality and
environmental compliance
o Indigenous
consultation
Oversee and drive automation of data workflows to reduce manualintervention, improve timeliness of reporting and enhance data consistency andintegrity
Partner with IS and vendors to ensure system reliability, compliancewith applicable policies (e.g. cybersecurity and records management), andscalability
Accountable for system readiness for major program gates (financialclose, procurement milestones, regulatory submissions, substantial completion)
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance usability, reportingcapability, and data quality
Oversee the program’s Connected Data Environment (CDE), ensuring itsupports:
o Appropriate access
and permissions for consultants and contractors
o Secure and
controlled information exchange
o Accurate and timely
upload of information from contractors’ systems
o Scalability over
long program durations
Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing support for contractors,consultants, and internal teams using the CDE; monitor adoption and compliance,and continuously improve workflows based on user feedback
Ensure all systems align with:
o Contractual
requirements
o Applicable VFPA




policies and standards including cybersecurity and records management
o Applicable
regulatory obligations (including audit and Freedom of Information
considerations).

Ensure a best-in-class document management framework is maintained withcomplete and auditable records to support claims management, disputeresolution, and third-party reviews are available
Accountable for program-wide information management and performanceanalytics, ensuring consistent, responsive, and service-oriented delivery
Facilitate integration and drive alignment across functional teams(Program Controls, Engineering, Construction, Environmental, First Nations,Commercial) to ensure integrated reporting and decision-making
**What you bring:**
Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or systems), Construction

Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Information Systems, Data

Analytics, or Computer Science, or a related discipline combining technical,analytical and delivery expertise, plus 5+ years of progressively seniorexperience in major/mega project capital project delivery (mega projectdelivery >$1B, preferred) and in overseeing or implementing capitalinfrastructure project information management and/or project performanceanalytics and reporting; or an equivalent combination of education andexperience .

Mustdemonstrate a proven track record of enabling data-driven decision-making,improving project performance outcomes (cost, schedule, safety, etc.) anddelivering integrated reporting and analytics capability.

Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Experiencewith InEight and Primavera P6 is an asset.
