Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager, Success

Factors for a top mining industry client.

This candidate will lead a strategic HR transformation initiative focused on optimizing employee lifecycle processes, improving HR technology capabilities, and driving operational efficiencies across Canada and the United States.

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager with a track record of delivering enterprise software, HRIS, ERP, or business transformation projects.

They will collaborate closely with HR leaders, IT teams, business stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery from planning through post-go-live support.

Experience with HR technology platforms such as SAP Success

Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or UKG is considered an asset, but strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and governance experience are the primary priorities for this role.

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology, HR-related, or business transformation projects specifically Success

Factors.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups
Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, reporting, and risk management
Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting HRIS, ERP, LMS, or enterprise software implementations
Exposure to SAP Success

Factors, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar HCM platforms
PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
Experience within mining, industrial, manufacturing, energy, or multi-site operational environments
Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across North America
HR systems optimization or digital transformation experience
