Insight Global is hiring a Project Manager for a leading retail organization in Vancouver.

This individual will be responsible for leading the migration of Share

Point from an on-premises environment to Share

Point Online.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and digital transformation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives are achieved.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, reporting, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, delivery strategies, and project priorities.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful execution.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, resource planning, and benefit realization.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and executive presentations while providing regular status updates.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Microsoft Planner.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies, templates, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience leading complex technology/business transformation projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience acting as the lead Project Manager on a large-scale enterprise implementation, such as ERP.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or a comparable professional designation is preferred.
• Familiarity and experience with adjacent technical processes including but not limited to Business Analysis, SDLC, QA methodologies.
• Strong foundational technical knowledge including complex systems design/architecture and project-related impact.
• Exceptionally robust written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to interface well and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Demonstrated experience identifying change management needs and successfully facilitating process changes.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of products (i.e., Outlook, Share

Point, Teams, Power

Point, Excel, etc.)
• Familiarity experimenting with AI tools (e.g.

Microsoft Copilot) to aid in the delivery of Project Management processes and deli
