Senior Consultant – Workday Advanced Compensation

Job Type: Contract of 4 Months with extendable

Location: Remote ITCO Solutions is looking for a Senior Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant for a remote contract opportunity supporting a Workday Launch Flex implementation in Canada. This person will work with the customer and Workday Engagement Manager on the implementation of Workday Advanced Compensation. The role will focus on configuration, data conversion, testing, and supporting the customer through deployment.

Responsibilities

Configure Workday Advanced Compensation based on business requirements

Work with the customer to understand requirements and validate the solution

Support data conversion and data validation

Assist with testing and issue resolution

Work with the Workday Engagement Manager throughout the project

Track and communicate project issues, risks, and status





Support the customer through deployment and go-live

Provide Workday Advanced Compensation expertise throughout the implementation

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation

Experience with Workday implementations

Workday configuration experience

Experience with data conversion and validation

Robust understanding of Workday HCM and compensation

Comfortable working directly with customers

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Workday Advanced Compensation certification

Experience with Workday Launch or Launch Flex

Experience working with a Workday Engagement Manager

Multiple Workday implementation projects

Canadian Workday project experience
