We are looking to connect with an experienced Workday Integration Architect for contract work. This is an opportunity to work on a complex, multi-year enterprise Workday program with a well-established organization. If you have deep hands-on experience designing and delivering Workday integrations at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design and own the end-to-end integration architecture across a complex Workday program
- Define integration patterns, standards, and governance frameworks
- Lead integration discovery and requirements sessions with functional and technical stakeholders
- Oversee integration development activities and review technical deliverables
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues across multiple systems
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation and integration specifications
- Support testing phases and provide knowledge transfer to operations teams

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of enterprise integration experience, with 3+ years Workday-specific
- Hands-on experience with Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PICOF, PECI
- At least one full-cycle Workday HCM implementation as integration lead or architect




- Experience managing complex integration landscapes
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Workday integration certification is an asset
