You will manage the Disability Management program and coordinate medical screenings while providing first aid care. Fostering a culture of health, you’ll engage in wellness outreach, promoting programs like gym memberships and EAP referrals to enhance employee wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Disability Management and return to work processes
- Facilitate the hearing conservation program and screenings
- Promote preventative health care education initiatives
- Implement wellness programs and referrals for employees
- Review incident report data with leadership for safety improvements Requirements:
- Must have or be willing to obtain LIAT certification
- 3-5 years of relevant Occupational Health Nursing experience
- Ergonomic knowledge is a plus
- Solid documentation and technical skills
