Education

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR Licensed Millwright OR equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing workplace
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience using wrenches, hammers, drills, and other tools
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques to resolve machine issues

Duties / Responsibilities

- SHIFT ROTATION: Days (2 weeks), Afternoons (2 weeks), Nights (2 weeks)
- Serve as a key technical maintenance resource for the manufacturing operation,



focusing on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for electronic/mechanical equipment issues
- Work with a continuous improvement mindset to reduce costs, breakdowns, and wastage
- Provide expertise and knowledge to Operators, Lead Hands, Supervisors, and Managers as needed
- Maintain adherence to GMP/AIB, Health and Safety standards, and company regulations
- Assemble and install machines; test to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Manage the layout and placement of equipment and machinery to ensure minimal downtime
- Perform inspections and lock-out procedures as required
