Become a vital part of Pollard Banknote's Maintenance team as a Night Custodian in Sault Ste. Marie. This full time role focuses on cleanliness and safety during 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Friday.
In this permanent role, you will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure a pristine and healthy workspace. Responsibilities include housekeeping across various areas, managing waste, and operating the shredder machine. Ideal for those who are detail-oriented and passionate about health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, and manufacturing areas
• Handle garbage and recycling disposal efficiently
• Execute dusting, vacuuming, and window cleaning tasks
• Notify maintenance needs or hazards promptly
• Operate shredder machine following security standards
Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma required
• Custodial and facility maintenance experience preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience is an asset
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
