Our client is an established real estate development with over 25 years of experience delivering high quality real estate development projects in the GTA. We are recruiting a Director of High Rise for this growing team.

Job Description

- Work with the client team from pre-construction through to project occupancy

- Work directly with the consultants and the regulatory agencies

- Oversee portfolio of multiple high rise projects

- Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget

- Provide direction to your team members (project coordinators, project managers, estimators, site staff) to distribute workload accordingly

- Advise owner's of any issues related to project that could impact schedule and budget and work towards dealign with issues





- Coordinate site staff and trades in conjunction with the project team

- Oversee contract changes, RFI's, and project submittals

- Chair various project meetings

Qualifications

- 10-15 years of experience leading high rise residential projects from pre construction through to occupancy

- Degree or Diploma in Construction Related Discipline

- Gold Seal an Asset

- Experience with COR

- Skilled Attitude

- Able to work with deadlines and budgets in a professional manner
