Our client is a boutique condo developer with successful high rise developments across Toronto and the GTA . They are known for their mid and high -rise condo communities and are seeking to expand their site management team for an upcoming project midtown Toronto.

Job Description:

The Site Superintendent duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assuring all projects are completed according to design and specifications while maintaining deadlines and budgets

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of safety procedures as well as chairing safety committee meetings

• Coordinating all relevant inspections

The Successful Applicant:

The successful candidate will have the following:

• At least 5 - 10 years of experience in high rise construction with at least 2 cycles completed

• A degree/diploma or other relevant certifications in a construction related field

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
