Our client is a reputable Construction Management firm that specializes in mid rise condos and ICI construction projects across the GTA. We are hiring a Project Manager for ICI projects valued between $500k and $5M to join this growing team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, scope of work, and schedule;

- Liaise and maintain solid relationships with architects, consultants, contractors;

- Lead and manage the engineering process: civil, landscaping, utility, design, and approval process

- Manage project meetings with consultants, trades and project team;

- Prepare and manage strict adherences to construction schedule, budget, quality control with project/construction management team;

- Oversee accurate interpretation of plans and specifications according to scope of work of trades and consultants;

- Review all contract drawings, documents,



specifications for coordination and ensure that development is built with these specifications;

- Advise on project progression, schedule, costs, equipment, work interferences, or potential conflicts;

- Ability to deal with challenging matters that arise from stakeholders such as environmental and local community issues as per project

- Interact with City officials in regard to permits, submissions, approvals and etc.;

- Establish goals and assign respons ibilities to Project Coordinator

- Oversees project closeout

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- · 5+ years of experience in ICI construction

- · Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager

- Engineering, Architectural, or Construction related Diploma/Degree is an asset
