**Temporary Scale Operator – Calgary, AB**

**What You'll Be Doing**
Accurately process inbound and outbound truck transactions using the scale system.

Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and billing documentation.

Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Coordinate with plant operations to support efficient material movement and dispatch activities.

Maintain accurate records and support administrative tasks while adhering to safety and company procedures.

Perform administrative duties, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting, as needed.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn scale, dispatch, and administrative software.

Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**
Temporary position based in Calgary, Alberta, with the primary work location in Northwest Calgary.





Occasional coverage will also be required at the Southeast Calgary location and in Cochrane, Alberta.

Reliable transportation is required.

Public transportation is not a viable option due to work schedules and locations.

Fast-paced office setting within an active aggregate operation.

Regular interaction with drivers, customers, and site personnel.

Work may require sitting for extended periods and occasional movement throughout the site.

Must be able to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing operational requirements.
