Project Planner/Scheduler

Our client is seeking a Project Planner/Scheduler to join their team.

As a Project Planner/Scheduler, you will be part of the Project Controls Department supporting project management and execution teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
Develop, integrate, and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple phases of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Support standardization of planning and scheduling processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Collaborate with project teams to develop and update Level I–IV integrated project schedules, ensuring logical sequencing and resource loading.

Conduct schedule risk analysis, critical path management, and “what-if” scenario evaluations to identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

Prepare and distribute comprehensive schedule progress reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in project scheduling, particularly within large-scale industrial projects such as oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 with at least 10+ years of hands-on experience.

Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, work packaging concepts, and construction sequencing.

Experience with schedule risk analysis tools like Primavera Risk Analysis or Safran.

Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
