Our client is seeking a HR Advisor to join their team.

As a HR Advisor, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various client groups.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
Serve as the dedicated HR Advisory representative for assigned client groups, providing guidance on complex HR operational matters through the application of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Lead and contribute to initiatives that enhance HR service delivery, including automation, self-service enablement, system optimization, and process redesign, aligned to strategic priorities.

Act as a senior subject matter expert for HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Service

Now), including configuration, testing, reporting, and optimization of HCM-related functionality.

Partner with HR and non-HR stakeholders to design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions that address business needs and improve the employee experience.

Represent HR Advisory on large, integrated project teams, influencing outcomes and delivering measurable operational or project-related results.
**Qualifications:**
Legally authorized to work in Canada
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR operations experience in a business-facing role; oil and gas experience is considered an asset.

Post-secondary degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPHR designation or working toward designation is an asset.

Experience working within an HR shared services setting is preferred.
