**Job Title: Forklift Operator - Nights**
**Job Description**
This overnight forklift operator position focuses on safely and efficiently loading and unloading trailers in a busy crossdock warehouse environment.

You will spend the majority of your shift operating dockstocker forklifts and end rider power pallet jacks to move, stage, and organize freight, while supporting general warehouse tasks as needed.
**Responsibilities**
Operate a dockstocker forklift to load and unload trailers in a fast-paced crossdock environment.

Use an end rider power pallet jack (single and double) to move pallets, freight, and materials throughout the warehouse.

Safely load, unload, and stage trailers as they arrive and depart from the facility.

Handle materials and freight with care to prevent damage while maintaining productivity targets.
**Essential Skills**
Proven experience operating a dockstocker forklift in a warehouse environment.

Proficiency using an end rider power pallet jack, including single and double pallet configurations.

Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.

Strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency while operating powered industrial equipment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Experience using RF scanners for tracking and verifying freight and pallet locations.

Previous work in a crossdock facility or high-volume trailer loading environment.

Experience with general warehouse tasks such as packaging, palletizing, and staging.

Comfort working in a non-transit-accessible location, with reliable transportation to and from the site.

**Work Environment**
This role is based in a busy crossdock warehouse where trailers arrive and depart continuously and must be loaded, unloaded, and staged efficiently.

You will spend roughly 85% of your time operating powered equipment, including dockstocker forklifts and end rider power pallet jacks,



in an active freight-handling area.

The position follows an overnight schedule from Sunday to Tuesday, 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., structured as a 36-hour workweek with additional pay to equal a 40-hour workweek.

The facility is not accessible by public transit, so reliable transportation is required.

The environment is typical of a warehouse setting, with ongoing vehicle and freight movement, and requires appropriate workwear suitable for manual labor and safe operation of material handling equipment.
