Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support a diverse team of service staff
• Facilitate case management meetings with stakeholders
• Assist staff in implementing participant care plans




• Identify and enhance participants' readiness for change
• Coordinate caseload reviews and transfers with management

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Social Science or related field
• 3 years relevant experience with high-risk populations
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Valid Alberta Class 5 License and vehicle
• Registration in good standing with ACSW
