The Opportunity:
We’re looking for 10 more Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join our Airdrie team. Enjoy steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment.

Requirements:

Valid Class 1 license

Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters) travelling across Canada and/or US

At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience Included in the 2 years above

Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area

MUST BE Fluent in English (read, write, speak) - this is a US Mandate

Willing to travel across Canada & U.S.



for 5-7 days (Our main focus is Mid-West & West Coast in Canada and USA. Periodically we will send drivers East)

Clean abstract (zero moving violations, such as Speeding Reefer experience required; TDG experience is an asset

QUICK CARDS - are required but XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting pay: $0.59/mile (U.S.), $0.54/mile (Canada) with automatic wage increases every year for the first 5 years.

Paid weekly by Payroll
