MGI Construction Corp. seeks an Estimator to analyze costs for recent construction projects and prepare reports and estimates. The role focuses on controlling project costs and reporting figures in a timely manner.
The estimator will prepare material, labour, and equipment cost estimates, evaluate offers, set up cost monitoring, obtain bids, and liaise with engineers, architects, owners, and subcontractors to support tendering and project delivery.
