Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) is seeking a Superintendent for PSP Military Housing in the National Capital Region. You will supervise housing maintenance for 519 townhouses and 26 bungalows and ensure repairs are completed with proper documentation.
Under the Property Manager, inspect facilities, monitor contractors, assess damages and project costs. A college diploma in Facility Management or equivalent experience is required; bilingual English/French is essential.
