Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders and managing vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements analysis for Managed Mobility Services
• Manage vendor relationships and mobile workflow documentation




• Conduct feasibility studies and workflow efficiency analyses
• Guide project management timelines and resource allocation
• Provide third-level application support and vendor coordination

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Science or related field
• Five years of systems and business analysis experience
• Expertise with Unified Endpoint Management solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility and telecom processes
• Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, and service delivery
