Your responsibilities include establishing client relations, developing project work plans, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. You'll manage project resources, direct staff, and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage multi-disciplinary teams on data center projects
• Establish and nurture client relations throughout project lifecycle
• Develop project work plans including scope, budget,



and resources
• Coordinate with municipalities for necessary design approvals
• Track financial aspects and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in project management
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• P. Eng. license preferred; PMP certification an asset
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and MS Project desirable
