Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with reimbursement processes and coverage requests
• Coordinate documentation and follow-up activities for case progression
• Resolve routine reimbursement issues and reduce delays




• Maintain accurate case records and reimbursement documentation

Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in reimbursement support or related field
• Certification in reimbursement support preferred
