Key Responsibilities:
• Review and triage disability claim documentation
• Conduct interviews with claimants and employers
• Manage claims to minimize disability periods
• Ensure compliance with rehabilitation interventions
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Degree in Kinesiology, Psychology, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Associate, Life and Health Claims designation preferred
• Robust critical thinking and communication skills
