Medcan is seeking a Manager, Lead Engagement to optimize the lead funnel and maximize lead quality and conversion. You will partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure campaigns produce high-quality leads and that each lead is nurtured to meet conversion targets.
In this role, you will own end-to-end funnel analytics, build dashboards with the Analytics team, refine lead scoring, and collaborate on campaign targeting. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in lead/sales ops are required.
