Become the technical backbone of Zip's Toronto office as the Onsite IT Lead. This pivotal role bridges system engineering with operations to create seamless, automated IT solutions.

Zip is seeking an experienced systems administrator to enhance its onsite IT experience. You will architect end-to-end automation, manage network security, and lead office technology improvements. With a focus on advanced scripting and proactive documentation, you’ll transform manual processes into automated workflows that improve workplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect automation for employee onboarding/offboarding
• Serve as technical lead for office technology
• Partner with teams for office expansions and upgrades
• Manage and secure network infrastructure and endpoints
• Write and maintain runbooks and SOPs

Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT Systems Administration
• Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell, or Bash
• Background in Zoom Rooms and A/V technology
