Contract Conformance Specialist IV

Our client is seeking a Contract Conformance Specialist IV to join their team.

As a Contract Conformance Specialist IV, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management department supporting contracting activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder collaboration, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
Draft, review, revise, and negotiate complex commercial agreements including EPC and Services Agreements.

Facilitate supplier negotiations on contractual terms within risk parameters and escalate high-risk issues appropriately.

Advise stakeholders on contract type selection based on scope, risk, and business requirements.

Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve contract issues and ensure alignment before execution.

Maintain accurate contract records in enterprise systems and support audit and reporting processes.
**Qualifications:**
A university degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.

At least seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, contract management, or legal operations, preferably in energy or industrial sectors.

Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex supplier agreements using templates and legal guidance.

Strong understanding of contracting principles including indemnity, liability, insurance, confidentiality, and scope.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain contractual concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
