Client Details A company in the property industry based in Toronto.

Description

- Configure security roles, user access, workflows, properties, books, accounts, and system settings.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with IT and vendors.
- Maintain system documentation, controls, and support procedures.
- Support month-end close and other critical business processes.
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and governance within Yardi.
- Support data imports, exports, migrations, validations, and reporting requirements.
- Maintain user access controls, segregation of duties, and audit readiness.

Profile





- Robust knowledge of Yardi configuration, security, workflows, reporting structures, and data management.
- Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties, change management, and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Property accounting exposure and/or CPA
- Nice to have: Experience supporting integrations with OneStream, Power BI, or data warehouse solutions.
