Coastline Westshore is looking for a Youth Coordinator who loves Jesus, the Church and is passionate about seeing the next generation know God, grow in their faith, and discover their purpose.

The Role:

The Youth Coordinator will provide leadership and vision for Westshore Youth, working closely with the Westshore Campus Pastors while collaborating with the Coastline Victoria Youth team to create environments where students can encounter Jesus, build authentic community, and grow as lifelong followers of Christ. Weekly youth ministry takes place at the Victoria campus, with the Westshore Youth Coordinator helping lead and engage Westshore students within this shared ministry.

This role will focus on:

Leading and discipling students through weekly youth ministry in collaboration with Coastline VictoriaBuilding meaningful relationships with students and familiesRecruiting, training, encouraging, and developing youth leaders in the WestshoreRaising up student leaders and empowering others to leadPlanning and coordinating weekly youth nights and special eventsCreating fun, welcoming, secure, and excellent ministry environmentsManaging communication, scheduling, and ministry details through Planning CenterParticipating in key Coastline church-wide events and initiatives
