What You'll Be Doing As a People Leader, you will ensure machinist goals for the day are well understood and adhered to; lead the team through clear instruction, guidance,
and support; ensure effective training programs are in place; and manage employee feedback constructively.
- Drive achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support initiatives to improve performance.
- Complete ZW packaging line setup, assembly, and disassembly by the end of each Production Week.
- Set up Brown Bag stations and ensure ingredients are properly organized and readily available.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate the execution of production plans to meet operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company SOPs and policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in incident investigations and support the development and implementation of corrective actions.
- Verify corrective actions are effectively implemented, completed on time, and sustained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of experience operating automated equipment or systems.
- 1 year of Team Lead experience
- Valuable knowledge of food allergens and allergen control practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment while meeting strict deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment between 0°C and 4°C.
- Ability to stand and remain active for 8–10 hour shifts.
- Ability to lift and handle objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching above and below shoulder level, and repetitive hand movements.
