Key Responsibilities:



• Assess emotional and psychosocial needs of pediatric patients • Prepare children for medical procedures and surgeries • Organize and manage donations and supplies • Facilitate in office visits with community partners • Supervise Child Life Specialist interns and support volunteers

Requirements: • Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) required • Master's degree in Pediatric Psychosocial Care preferred • 2+ years healthcare experience with children • Knowledge of child development and impacts of illness • Strong documentation skills; Cerner experience an asset
