Suite Technical Delivery Manager

Job Description: About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Delivery Manager – Net

Suite Technical to lead our Net

Suite development team, drive project delivery, and ensure high-quality solutions across integrations and customizations.

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing delivery management, with the ability to actively contribute to development when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Project Management
•
Own end-to-end delivery of Net

Suite technical projects (customizations, integrations, enhancements).
•
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
•
Manage multiple parallel engagements and priorities.
•
Act as primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.

Team Leadership & Mentorship
•
Lead and mentor a team of Net

Suite developers and technical consultants.
•
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
•
Guide team on architecture, solution design, and performance optimization.
•
Drive continuous improvement in development standards and delivery processes.

Technical (Hands-On) Responsibilities
•
Actively participate in development using: Suite

Script (1.0 / 2.x)
Suite

Talk (SOAP/REST Web Services)
RESTlets, Suitelets
•
Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Shopify, HRIS, Payroll systems, etc.).
•
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.
•
Review and optimize scripts, workflows, and integrations for scalability.

Client & Stakeholder Management
•




Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and propose scalable solutions.
•
Translate business requirements into technical design documents.
•
Provide regular status updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
•
Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and estimations when required.

Process & Governance
•
Establish and enforce SDLC processes.
•
Ensure proper documentation of solutions and technical designs.
•
Manage resource allocation and utilization.
•
Ensure compliance with data security and integration standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•
Strong experience with Net

Suite ERP technical development.
•
Deep expertise in:
o
Suite

Script (2.x preferred)
o
Net

Suite integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
o
Celigo / Boomi / other middleware (preferred)
•
Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
•
Hands-on experience in system integrations and architecture design.
•
Robust understanding of Net

Suite modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management).
•
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
•
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications
•
Net

Suite certifications (Suite

Foundation, Developer, ERP Consultant).
•
Experience with multi-subsidiary / One

World environments.
•
Exposure to AI integrations or automation within Net

Suite ecosystem.
•
Experience with tools like JIRA, Git, CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills
•
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
