Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a an Intermediate to Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a leading banking client downtown Toronto.
This is a hybrid role and requires in office work 3x/week downtown Toronto.
This individual will be a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert, using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder, and Mobile Connect.
While not operating as a team lead, this individual will be a senior resource to developers on the team.

Skills and Requirements
- 4+ years experience working Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong experience using Automation Studio (building automated email campaigns)
- Robust experience using Journey Builder (building multi-step journeys)
- Experience using Contact Builder
- Experience using Mobile Connect
- Experience mapping contact data
- Experience creating post deployment reporting
- Email development skills: HTML, CSS, and complex AMPScript
- Create complex SQL queries
- Excellent data analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication- must be able to communicate technical direction, discuss and incorporate stakeholder's feedback, and communicate issues found and solutions clearly - An undergraduate degree in computer science or recognized equivalent
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment
