the Report Developer –- Service

Now Asset Management & CMDB will be responsible for building reporting, dashboards, and automated data workflows to support IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB environments.

This role focuses on improving asset visibility, data quality, and operational insights through tools like Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Power

Shell.

This individual will work closely with Service

Now, infrastructure, and ITAM teams to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or BI development
- Strong hands-on experience with: 1.

Power BI (dashboarding, data modeling, visualization)
2.

Alteryx (workflow development & automation)
3.

Power

Shell scripting
4. SQL / querying large datasets
-Experience working with Service

Now, specifically: 1. IT Asset Management (ITAM)
2. CMDB / Configuration Management
-Strong understanding of: 1.

Relational data models
2.

Data transformation & data validation
- Experience working with large datasets and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders -Experience with CMDB data quality, reconciliation, and governance
-Experience building executive-level dashboards and reporting
-Solid background in data automation (Alteryx + Power

Shell integration)
-Exposure to IT infrastructure data / asset lifecycle reporting
-Experience supporting ITAM / Service

Now teams in enterprise environments
-Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
-Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and automation
