We are seeking an Intermediate Dev

Ops Engineer to support platform engineering initiatives and modernization efforts across our enterprise environment.

This role will focus on CI/CD pipeline development, platform migration (Urban

Code Deploy → Octopus), and cross-functional delivery, with some exposure to mainframe-integrated systems.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hybrid environment (modern cloud + legacy systems) and enjoys working closely with development teams and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Skills and Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Dev

Ops, Platform Engineering, or Release Engineering
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as:
○ Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, Azure Dev

Ops, or similar
• Exposure to or experience with:
○ Urban

Code Deploy (UCD) or similar legacy deployment tools
• Strong understanding of:
○ Build and release pipelines
○ Workplace management and deployment strategies
• Scripting experience (e.g., Power

Shell, Bash, or Python)
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams Nice-to-Have Qualifications
• Exposure to mainframe environments (z/OS, COBOL applications, batch processing)
• Experience working in hybrid environments integrating mainframe and distributed systems
• Familiarity with:
○ API integrations and service-based architectures
○ Cloud platforms hybrid - AWS, Azure
• Understanding of enterprise change management and release processes
