Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an AI-focused Full Stack Developer to support a document intelligence platform used across multiple business lines, including insurance.

The platform ingests structured and unstructured documents, extracts data using Azure Document Intelligence/OCR, and leverages GenAI-powered workflows to automate business processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and support full stack applications using Azure technologies
- Build and maintain React-based front-end applications and Python/.NET backend services
- Integrate Azure Document Intelligence and OCR capabilities for document processing
- Design and enhance RAG-based and AI-powered workflows
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and implement safeguards to reduce hallucinations
- Build integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders on AI-enabled solutions

Skills and Requirements
- 7+ years of strong Full Stack Development experience (React + Python, .NET, Java, or similar)
- Experience building applications on Azure Cloud
- Understanding of GenAI, RAG architectures, and AI workflow orchestration
- Experience with document ingestion, OCR, and structured/unstructured data processing
- Ability to discuss agentic AI concepts and AI solution design at a practical level
- Experience building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications - Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure Document Intelligence
- Lang

Graph or other agent orchestration frameworks
- Knowledge of graph-based AI agents and workflow state management
- Insurance or financial services experience
- Experience handling sensitive data, redaction, or compliance-related workflows
